St. John's House

The Casa de S. João is located in the parish of S. João, in the municipality of Lajes do Pico, on Pico Island, Azores, right on the seafront. It is a holiday home that can accommodate up to 6 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 50" TV, a spacious bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with sea views, and an additional room with a super-comfortable sofa bed, also overlooking the sea.

On the terrace, there is a fully enclosed glass-covered area ideal for dining and leisure, offering stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean, the village of S. João, and Mount Pico. At the back of the house, you will find a barbecue area with a grill, sink, stove, and wood-fired oven.

The property also includes private parking, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a backyard with a vegetable garden and fruit trees.
