The inviting living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Three comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space to recharge, while two full bathrooms make mornings and evenings easier for the whole group. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable during the warmer months, and an in-home washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Outside, you'll be surrounded by the peaceful, wooded beauty that makes the Poconos such a popular year-round destination.

Spend your vacation enjoying the community's lakes, beaches, pools, recreation and seasonal activities, or head out to explore everything the Lake Ariel and greater Pocono Mountains area has to offer.

****Please Note: Maximum occupancy is enforced by the township law and community guidelines. All souls are counted even infants and children. This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract, provide a copy of your picture ID and agree to the community and house rules this is a community and a township regulation. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.***
