« This was an overall pretty good overnight stay for my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to the breakfast buffet to checkout. The breakfast and common areas were pretty clean and maintained decently. Our room was very spacious and I liked that the fridge was an actual mini fridge that could hold actual leftovers/food and not just beverages like other, higher priced places I’ve stayed. « All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super! »

« we got to the property at 2:20 am for a 2 night stay and when we got to the room there was hair all in the shower and on the bathroom counter. Then there was hair in the beds luckily we had our own blankets to put down. The ac wasn’t on so it was super hot and stuffy in the room the rest of the night. we checked out early saturday am and now the Baymont will not answer Expedia’s phone call to get our money back for 1 night. « Absolutely no complaints. The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. Everything was in great shape. The breakfast was well-maintained and very clean. Would absolutely stay with them again. »

« The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked »

« There was a mini refrigerator and a microwave. But the photos showed a sink/counter area and a larger refrigerator. Not a great choice for mid length or monthly stays. No coffee maker, but there is a waffle house and another restaurant in the same parking lot. All in all great for the money if your only staying a night or two. I work at night and a door hanger that lets the staff know I don't need house keepers ng would've been nice as well. »

« The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners. »
