Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The room was pretty disgusting. There was a cigarette butt behind the nightstand, a little figurine (children's toy) behind the bed with a burnt marijuana roach paper next to it, the walls in the bathroom looked like someone had puked on them, and the floors seemed like they were not swept at all. The TV in the living area was not connected to the internet. --- I really could have overlooked all of that (and really wouldn't have even found half of it if I didn't have to plug everything in) except at 3:00AM our ceiling started raining! It was like a pipe burst and water was pouring out of the ceiling. The thing that made me upset about that was that the ceiling was cut open....like this had happened before. I tried to tell the front desk person, who took FOREVER to get to the desk, and when he did he arrived with a mouth full of food....and he didn't seem to care at all. He just said, "ok, I'll look at it". The hot tub was luke warm at best, we saw a drug deal take place in another room, and the photos online do not tell the story of what you are actually going to get! I can't believe I chose this place over other options in the area. Never again.
