„Worked well for 4 guys, 1 bed room has bunk beds, Had option for fold out beds, Were supposed to have 5 guys , Would have been tight but better cost wise. But only 1 full bath Rented and got charged the VRBO fee, didn't expect that along with the 1st charge, I should have paid attention to that, My first time rent from VRBO. But good overall.“

„Perfect place to stay! Close to Cedar Point, Rye Beach (private/included with house rental), Lighthouse, and many other great beaches and parks. Property was properly maintained. Comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Only bad thing I could say is SPIDERS! Not fault of property owners. Huge spiders outside living on the beautiful deck. Bring bug spray if visiting during warm months. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!“

„The house worked out perfectly for our family. The decor was cute, furniture sturdy, beds comfortable. The house is smaller, and the driveway snug but it works. The neighbor is fine, park cute but beach very small so we beached elsewhere. Convenient to area activities. We'd definitely rent again.“

„Very happy. Cozy home. Stayed at many B&Bs in the area but this one has them all beat! Great utilization of space -updates are perfect while still appreciating the old wood and floors within the house, abundance of linen and towels that were a great quality. The air conditioner and fireplace worked exceptionally well. Plenty of hot and cold running water. Had so much fun on the beach just outside the door.
