« We have stayed at many Marriotts over the years but had never stayed with TownePlace Suites. We were incredibly impressed that every single room has a stocked kitchen!! This makes it so much easier when traveling far from home. Also, the time we stayed, it happened to snow quite a bit overnight. I woke up at 5am & looked out the window to check the weather & noticed that there were 2 people outside going around & literally brushing off every single car in the parking lot. I mean, COME ON!!...

« The hotel was a bit far from Michigan Stadium, with shuttle options not covering the Hotel, you had to walk 15 to 20 minutes to get to another hotel to hop on the shuttle bus. Overall the hotel experience was great, very clean, very nice, breakfast was good »

« Experience was great until the hotel started doing work on the terrasse next to the pool - had to use a hammer head to break the concrete. Needle to say the noise and dust was unbearable. Ran back to my room and checked out immediately. I understand work has to be done, but by the outside pool in the middle of the summer ??? Not acceptable not to inform customers before hand. »

« The front desk lady was so sweet. She was very welcoming. However the room was dirty but it was late and we had an early appointment. There’s mold or something on the box spring. All along the sides. The toilet had old urine and stool On the seat and under the lid. The shower had hair on the walls and the floor had whatever that was on the bathroom area floor. I don’t know. This isn’t the first time coming here. About three years ago we were in the same situation late late stay over night just...
