ACCESS AND PARKING

The whole home is yours: every bedroom, both living rooms, the kitchen, the deck, the backyard and the driveway. Nothing is shared and no host is on site. Self check-in with a smart lock, and check-in details arrive before your stay. The driveway holds several vehicles, so the group can arrive together. You will want a car.



AREA

A quiet, tree-lined residential street with sidewalks, inside the Lake Geneva city limits. Big Foot Beach State Park has picnic areas and lakeside trails. By car: downtown Lake Geneva and the Riviera, for restaurants, shops and the Shore Path, about 5 minutes; the Geneva Lake Cruise Line and Mailboat dock about 5; Grand Geneva Resort and its two golf courses about 7; Geneva National's three courses about 10. Once you park downtown, the public beach, boat docks, Shore Path and shops are all within a few blocks of each other.



GOOD TO KNOW

• This home is not lakefront: no private lake frontage, pier or boat slip.

• Two showers serve a group of up to 12.

• Three of the four bedrooms and the loft are upstairs. The loft is open to the stairs, not a closed room.

• The stone fireplace in the family room is decorative and not for guest use.

• Park in the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted.

• An exterior security camera covers the front door, and a noise monitor is in the main living room.

• Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on a quiet residential street.

• No pets, no smoking, no parties or events. Maximum 12 guests. The primary guest must be 25 or older.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. Message us if you'd like to read it first.

• Before check-in, you'll complete our Guest Portal and choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
