„Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for our pontoon boat, as advertised. AC worked very well, even on 114 degree days! I only wish the bed were more comfortable (firm memory foam). The location was not clear from the listing. It is way out on the south end of town, about 10 minutes from the bridge.“

„I love staying at this property. It is a “home” rather than a commercial rental. As the mom - planning and packing, i dont have to worry about the details because everything is there. In addition - its a really fun house for both grown ups and kids alike. I feel like im borrowing the house from a friend :) “

„This home is so welcoming and beautiful. The house is so much bigger than expected. That was a "OMG" moment when we entered the house. Backyard with big pool and is so comforting that you just want to sit down and not get up. The home owner/hostess is very very nice. If we come back to Havasu I'll difficulty check for this home to stay at. If I could rate it myself it would be a 15/10 or a 10. Thanks Greg for everything. God Bless “

„This property worked perfectly for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers to get away from the cold Midwest for spring break! The home is clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. „This is my second time staying here at this property. Once again, I am very satisfied with the location, condition of the property and the ample RV parking that allows me to keep my boat on the premises. „This home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of parking for our truck and 28 foot boat beside the house. The kitchen is outfitted very well and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Very convenient to the Havasu Riviera Marina. One thing to note, the guest does not have access to the air conditioning thermostat. So may want to arrange the temp you would like the home set to ahead of time with the property manager. “
