Be among the first to stay in this remarkable, architect-designed Lake Hawea home. Elevated above the valley, it combines sweeping 180-degree mountain views, premium interiors, and generous indoor-outdoor living.

Full-height glazing fills the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with natural light and alpine views. Gather around the wood-burning fire in winter, or open the sliding doors in summer to connect with the expansive deck.

The designer kitchen includes stone surfaces, island seating, premium appliances, a full scullery, wine storage, and an 85-inch TV in the living area.

Primary suite with mountain outlook, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite with double rainhead shower and twin basins

Bedroom 2: Super king bed

Bedroom 3: Custom built-in bunk room sleeping six, with two queen beds and two king single beds

Each bedroom has a heat pump, with insulated internal walls for added acoustic privacy.

Outside, enjoy the panoramic deck, sheltered wraparound patio, elevated saltwater spa pool, Weber BBQ, and large pellet smoker. The driveway has room for multiple vehicles and a large boat.

Scotts Beach is around a 10-minute walk or six-minute drive away. The Lake Hawea boat ramp, local pub, supermarket, and café are approximately four minutes by car. Wanaka waterfront is around 20 minutes away.

Please note: This is a no-shoes home. Garage access is not included, and parties or events are not permitted.

~ Guest Verification & Guest Portal ~

All guests must complete our verification process before arrival. This is completed through our SuiteOp guest portal, where you’ll find property information, check-in and check-out details, house rules, and local Lake Hawea and Wanaka recommendations.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 20 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
New Year`s bookings: For bookings that include New Year`s Eve (31 December), the minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
