« Overall, our stay was average. The check-in process was smooth, and the Wi-Fi worked well.
However, the cleanliness of the property needs significant improvement. The dishwasher and toaster were both very dirty when we arrived. We had to clean the dishwasher ourselves before using it, and although we requested a replacement toaster, it was only replaced after two follow-ups. These issues should have been addressed before guests checked in.

« We loved our stay at the base of the Remarkable Mountains. The property is a short, easy drive from the airport and into Queenstown. The home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well set up for preparing meals. Over all a very clean comfortable space to relax after a day of hiking and excursions. »
