Summary

A spacious two-bedroom home above Kelvin Heights, with uninterrupted lake and Queenstown Hill views from two balconies — one with a private spa and BBQ, the other set up for outdoor dining. A gas fireplace and bonus upstairs retreat make this a comfortable stay for up to four guests.



The Space

Enter through the carport and up to the main living level. The second bedroom (queen) and main bathroom sit off the entry hallway, with a further staircase leading to a work space & viewing room — a great spot for kids or some quiet time.



The open-plan living area has a gas fireplace, TV and board games, flowing down to the dining and kitchen area with a six-seat table and full kitchen appliances, plus a laundry tucked behind the kitchen.



Two balconies open off the kitchen: one with a private spa and BBQ, the other set up for outdoor dining for six under a canopy. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the living, dining, kitchen and balcony areas, both bedrooms and bathrooms, and the upstairs retreat. A locked room off the upstairs hallway is the owner's private storage. Carport and driveway parking is available for guests; the garage is not for guest use.

Kelvin Heights is a quiet, elevated pocket of Queenstown across the lake from town, known for its golf course and lake outlooks.

Kelvin Heights Golf Course — 1.5 km (3 min)

Frankton Shopping Centre — 6 km (9 min)

Queenstown Airport — 7 km (10 min)

Five Mile Shopping Centre — 7 km (10 min)

Getting Around

A private vehicle is easiest, with carport and driveway parking (2m height restriction). Frankton and Queenstown CBD are a short drive away; both ski fields are around 25–30 minutes.



There is a bus stop directly below the property, making it easy to get in and out of the area.



Other Things to Note

The driveway is long and steep — take care in winter conditions. The second bedroom's TV is currently not operational.



Interaction with Guests

Our team is on hand throughout your stay. Our guest lounge at 19 Shotover St, Queenstown is open daily from 9am–5pm for bag drop and activity bookings, at no cost to guests.
