They WILL NOT add a person to your reservation on the phone, even though they have your number shown on the reservation and they COULD call you back on that number to be sure the request you made to ADD person was legit (instead the mantra over & over, a garbage excuse about "safety policy"). They COULD transfer me to a manager when asked but DID NOT. They COULD have a manager CALL me back when I left a voicemail BUT THEY DID NOT even though i told them it was URGENT. End...
