« The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. « Hôtel d'un rapport qualité-prix correct, sans grand charme mais confortable. L'environnement entre centre commercial et forêt n'est pas exceptionnel mais offre un bon choix de restaurants. Ma note aurait été bien meilleure si je n'avais trouvé de longs cheveux dans mes draps (qui laisse un doute sur la propreté)...et que ce "raté" avait été correctement pris en compte par la réception ! »
