« We checked in and our first room was visibly dirty. I asked for housekeeping to come address the issues and was informed that housekeeping was not available until the following morning. I asked for a new room and was given one, but it was only slightly better than the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves.
