« When we arrived at 3:20, our room wasn't ready. Check in 3:00. Got a different room. Toilet leaked, a couple other minor items not working. Went to complimentary breakfast going 7 am to 10. Got there at 9:00 am, no hot food. Ask several times when food would be ready, they were thawing out eggs. Put at at 10 am when everyone was leaving. Pass a guy as we were leaving. He had bags of McDonald's for his family. »
