„These Hosts are Super. If you need something just message and they will bring it. During our stay the BBQ quit working and within a few hours the owner was back with a brand new BBQ and built it the same day. „This was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve ever had.We booked this property for a baseball tournament and checked in without any issues. Later, several teammates stopped by to visit. Before allowing anyone over, we reviewed the listing and saw that parties and events, including family gatherings, were allowed with a maximum of 30 attendees. Based on that, we believed we were following the property’s stated rules.Shortly afterward, the host began sending messages accusing us of ...

„Overall the property is extremely old and outdated but has a BEAUTIFUL BACKYARD! With moderate renovations this property could be ideal for the area. Beware of the old metal stairwell and earwig infestation downstairs!“

„I hope I can come back and add more to this review as I don't have a lot of time, but our stay here just north of Chicago was a great experience, great house, and great communication with the host. I've never stayed somewhere that the host was so attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely seek out one of Tim's properties.“

„This place was amazing. We had a large group and it did not disappoint. The place was clean and well stocked. The host was so accommodating and the communication was great. We would stay here again for sure.“

It should be pointed out that there is no formal dining or food preparation area, a fridge microwave and toaster are available, but that is the extent of the kitchen facilities. Our biggest concern was we had no cell service at all in the unit or on the property.“

Plenty of coffee, and a nice refrigerator and microwave. My grandchild was very happy to see arcade games in their bedroom upstairs. He didn't want to leave. The house was very clean, had board games in closet and easy access to everything we needed. We even walked to St. Mary's Catholic church. Beautiful house and church too. The host ...

„Communication with Sean was great. The property had everything we needed on our stay. It was nice that we didn't bring or even need to go get a bunch of odds and ends, because they were provided. Tons of lounging spots, which was great with our teenage daughters lol. We would definitely stay again.“
