Hotels nahe Lake Watawga (Gouldsboro)

„Look, you get what you pay for... this place was not worth quite that. The room was OK (e.g., bed and chairs) but that was about it. The TV had 4 channels (only) that pixelated/froze every few seconds, The plumbing needs a lot of work, The room does not have "heating controls" - but rather just a knob that turns the (loud) heater on or off... The walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations from 2-3 rooms away... My overall review... Ouch.“

„We had a late check in and the staff was great! Super welcoming and helpful! The room was perfect. Would love to stay here again!“

„Great property with great staff! Hop is super amazing and helpful and both Joe and Joe jr were nice and courteous as well. Another lady whom I didn’t get her name was also super lovely. Two beautiful horses on the property along with an indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit area and trails makes it a truly convenient enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and will return!“

„Very weak wifi practically unusable“

„Historic Skytop Lodge is a gem. The gardens were beautiful in late October during our stay and we enjoyed a hike to the waterfalls on the property. Restaurant meals were great. We had dinner at Lakeside, an italian restaurant, and the buffet breakfast in the Lodge literally filled a room with options. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and the history tour was a highlight!“

„Die Unterkunft sieht toll aus und ist schön eingerichtet. Es gibt hier und da Schönheitsfehler wie Macken in den Wänden. Unser Zimmer bzw. der Boden war leider nicht sonderlich sauber, überall lagen Chips von den Vorgängern und auch Glasscherben. Unser Baby krabbelt, deshalb haben wir vieles gesehen. Den Pool darf man erst ab 5 Jahren nutzen, sehr schade. Ansonsten war aber alles gut. “

„We were a party of 6. What a welcome and we loved the rooms and friendliness. We had dinner at Butter which was excellent. Mark and Carol are fantastic hosts. I cannot recommend this b&b enough! Amazing breakfast included. Our evening was also perfect amazing dinner followed by a roaring outdoor fire next to the stream. Thanks for having us! Sarah & Tony with fam and friends“

„Una escapada perfecta para dejar atrás las preocupaciones puedes disfrutar la naturaleza“

„Bit of a bait and switch. The rooms are very small. The fireplace is bring your own wood. And the fireplace isn't wide enough so it sets the fire alarm off. The shower is a tube. The wifi doesn't work on the property and I struggled to get data. The cable is connected to wifi so that doesn't work. The rooms are decorated with very odd paintings. Very easily could be the scene of a scary movie. The pond had a bunch of trash, a fountain that resemble my lawn sprinkler, and was very cheap looking ...

„I love it“

„No Staff, everything is self-service. It's not really a Bed & Breakfast, it's more like renting a room without staff.“

„The whole experience was nice.“

„Love this hotel! Will definitely be back“
