The Space:

This charming upstairs apartment is located behind another Airbnb rental.



Enter through the storm door to the left of the blue french doors and ascend the stairs above the lower studio apartment.



You'll have access to shared parking on the concrete pad to the right of the building and can enjoy the shared covered patio located to the left of your entrance. This communal space features a convenient smoker/grill, perfect for grilling up delicious meals with friends and family. Relax and unwind in this inviting outdoor area.



Guest Access:

There is an attached patio that is a shared space for both properties. Downstairs studio and front house are off limits. Access is off of the alley way and shared parking.



The Neighborhood:

This wonderful neighborhood is blocks from the Lake Hollingsworth as well as shopping and restaurants.

4 blocks from beautiful Lake Hollingsworth and only a mile away from Florida Southern College.



Getting Around:

Parking is shared in the back, right next to the apartment. It is accessible from the alley. Do not park in the driveway. That belongs to the house. GPS will most likely take you to the house but your quarters are directly behind the house.

Entrance is to the left of the blue double doors. It is upstairs and a private entrance.

**No Refund Policy**:

🚫 We do not allow any reservation changes that result in a refund. We have a strict no refund policy.



**Guest Registration**:

You must register all guests. There is a charge of $15.00 per night per guest over two. If the correct number of guests is entered during booking, your rate will be adjusted accordingly. 🏷️ By having extra guest fees after two, we are able to keep the base rates lower.



**Pet policy**:

🐾 Please make sure to register your furry friend and pay the pet fee before check-in. 🐶 If this isn’t done, we may have to cancel your booking and ask you to leave without a refund. ❌ For more details, please check our pet policy. 📜

Excessive barking: 🐶 We kindly ask that you manage your dog’s barking. If there are any complaints, we may need to ask you to board your dog or find alternative arrangements.



**Events**:

🎉 We don’t allow parties, but we don’t mind hosting certain events with prior arrangement before booking. Event fees are negotiable on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to ask! 😊 Please note, unapproved events will incur additional charges, including any extra cleanup fees. 💵



Please be considerate of our neighbors below. 🏡 Avoid loud noises that may disturb them. This includes slamming doors 🚪, running 🏃, sudden stops 🛑, and excessive TV volume 📺.
