Maison récemment rénovée dans une rue calme dans un quartier établi de Lakeland. Fraîchement décoré et meublé avec une grande cuisine. Cour arrière clôturée. Près des restaurants et des magasins du centre-ville. Blocs de l'hôpital affilié au Nemours Children’s Health System, à la Watson Clinic, au Detroit Tiger Spring Training Stadium et aux collèges. Another Successful Stay at Swan City

This was our 5 or 6th stay at this property. I usually look for availability of this property to plan trips to Florida. It is always very clean and well appointed. The owner is very accessible and responsive. It is very pet friendly too.

Perfect in every way!

This home is truly perfect in evey way. It's centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of Publix Fiels at Marchant stadium. The home was immaculate, cozy, yet spacious and had eveything we needed. The hosts even left a new container of coffee for us which was much appreciated! The shower has a dispensor of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body wash- they all smelled lovely. The home was cool and the bedrooms had the added feature of ceiling fans. We were never hot. The check in process was seamless and the hosts left detailed guidance on the check out process. Frank and I spoke on two occasions before my arrival ( VRBO reservation issue) and he was helpful, polite and asked that I each out if I needed anything once I arrived. This home is a keeper and will be my Lakeland VRBO home when I visit my son and The Flying Tigers. Thank you Frank!! Your hospitality is greatly appreciated.

Just completed our 3rd trip to the Swan City Get-away. Frank and Sue are the very best hosts we have encountered during our travels. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. This location is very convenient to all attractions in Lakeland.

Great House for a small family

Cozy Getaway

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lakeland. We were 8 minutes away from my father's home which made it ideal for our visit. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to venture out to downtown Lakeland. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful experience. The home was ready for us upon our arrival. Access in and out with the keypad was great. The home had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this place for any travel needs in Lakeland.

Great Stay

This is our second stay at this property. It is completely as advertised. What can't be seen is the cleaniness, which it is. The neighborhood is older but the homes well maintained and quiet. This was our second stay and we plan to return.

We found this property to be beyond our expectations and the owners extremely helpful. They even suggested where we could find stores and holiday lights. It was perfect for our holiday visit with our Son and his family in Fort Meade and the travel easy back/forth. We would highly recommend and are likely to rebook for future visits.
