« Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. « We chose the Cimarron because of the quality, cleanliness and service the property is known for. Friday before check in, a family we're with received a call their room needed to be changed due to flooding. They were offered 2 king rooms, they declined because they're traveling with kids, so they stayed in the President's Suite. At no point was I contacted that there was an issue, so I assumed our room was not affected. Upon checking in, Brandon (manager) told me of the flooding, that no rooms...

« This is by far one of the best stays we've had at a hotel in a long time. The place was very clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good and everything about our stay was great! »

« The place was dirty. Blood on the wall on the bed, old food wrapper on the floor at check in. The bed sheets and pillows smelled like men cologne as if the bed was made but the sheets weren’t washed. »
