Hôtel près de Lakeside Park, Genoa City, Genoa City

« Room was clean, balcony view was amazing, the heat and air worked perfectly, the staff super friendly and helpful »

« Property is amazing! This is our third you’re coming from our anniversary, it is the only place we stay! It is quiet, it is clean, the amenities are above and beyond. So very happy with everything. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast basket is such a nice little touch. The views are to die for. You can’t get much better than this! »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay »

« Pretty view from balcony. Helpful and nice staff. Clean and convenient to everything so didn’t have to mess with parking »

« Motel propre et bon accueil. »

« Everything was great »

« This was a last minute get out of Chicago trip to Lake Geneva. Lots of great history and character. Never seen more people stop to take pictures of a hotel. There are only 6 rooms here so it is quite unique. It is truly like stepping back into history. The speakeasy bar is a fun experience. Hotel is walking distance from everything downtown. The property manager Cortney was welcoming and very helpful and lives on-site so very responsive. This is not a modern antiseptically clean, charmless...

« Villa was very clean. Staff very friendly. The only thing I thought was the bed was way too close to the front door . Literally right when u walked it. Shower could use an updated shower handle ..one you can take down and a safety bar. »

« Totally disappointed in our weekend visit. Overnight guy was rude, coffee was supposed to be ready at 630 am and staff didn’t show up until 8. Bathroom shower door was jacked up. Toilet struggled to flush. Hostess at restaurant acted put out to seat us. All in…will never go back to this property. Gym was sketch with a worker that was using it at night. Would have received better service at courtyard Marriott. »

« Le personnel était tres accueillant et disponible. La propreté etait bonne sans pouvoir dire excellente. Unnpetit lifting ne nuirait pas... »

« Accueil au top. Lieu magnifique. Petit déjeuner super. Un lieu où nous aimerions revenir plus longtemps ! »

« All and all, the hotel was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was good. Room was clean but the desk chair and the accent chair were a bit tattered and torn they need to be replaced. »

« Fantastic stay »
