« Overall a 4/5 experience! I would stay here again without a doubt. Simple check-in process, attentive host, great ocean views, and a well equipped condo. The only drawback I can think of was in regards to some of the aging furnishings. »

« I was very disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. The room did not appear to be cleaned properly upon arrival. The tile floor was dirty, and I found multiple small insects in the bathroom, around the room, and even on the bed. There were also spider webs between the floor and the TV stand, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. « Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »
