„The host responded promptly to our messages, all instructions were clear and the home was warm for us on our arrival. The space was cleverly planned to have everything you need. The views were beautiful and we were lucky to have dry days to explore Gibside and the Derwent valley. Lovely peaceful location, amenities close at hand. Thoughtful supply of books to read and general information. Very cosy and a tonic for the soul as so restful. “

„The accommodation was very suitable for what we were looking for: quiet, self-contained and handy for access on the one hand to the rail station and on the other to Corbridge centre, both on foot. We didn't try the nearby pub (Dyvels Inn) or the Indian restaurant, but both looked very inviting.
