„The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. „Ganz schlecht organisiert. Falsches Zimmer bekommen. Zu wenig Liegestühle am Pool. Zu wenig Tücher für die Spa.“

„the location was excellent. I walked to the train station, Reggia di Caserta, restaurants, and other places of interest. Friendly and helpful staff. my late check-in was an issue, however everything worked out. I have a low tolerance for chemicals found in some scented products, like perfumes, and colognes resulting in coughing and other discomforts. Perhaps staff could be considerate of this for future guests. I love the daily breakfast of cappuccino and cornette :)“
