« Room clean bed comfy great body products and quiet at night! All staff very pleasant and kind »

« I liked the kitchen area in the room; it was useful. I liked the location being near to the Hospital. Check out time was 11am. My husband had surgery all morning. When I returned at 10:45 to retrieve our things the housekeeper per "directions from my manager" had cleared our room out. I don't know how long it takes her to clean a room but she had to be in the room by 10:am in order to have the room all clean and our things taken out. My husbands backpack was open and clothes were stuffed in...

« Never a disappointment at Heathman. Staff is great rooms are clean. It’s a beautiful property, wonderful restaurant and bar. »

« Comfortable. We’ll stay there again. »

« The room was clean and put together well. The staff member was very nice, I arrived very late with a toddler and she made check-in as fast as possible and was very kind. Check out was easy, I was just trying to hand over my cards but someone was already being helped, and seeing that I had my hands full the man at the desk very momentarily stopped what he was doing to take my cards and went back to helping the other guest, staying professional to us both. »

« Parking was good. We had access to the handicap parking we needed. »

Personnel hyper serviable. A recommander ! »
