« The bedsheets had stain on them . I got the room changed . And then even the other room has hair on the bedsheets. The mini fridge was not working . The staff was friendly though. It’s the cleanliness part which disappointed me a lot . Even the basic amenities in the bathroom was not completely available »

« Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. I loved the beautiful lake view and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor balcony overlooking...

« Breakfast was good. The lady in the mornings is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location. The key card stopped working an hour before check-out, so I got distracted trying to get a new one. I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights. »

« Upon arrival we waited 10 minutes before a desk clerk showed up. Upon departure another desk clerk had her mouth full of food constantly. The mattress was so old that just placing your hand on it it would squeak loudly, so imagine what it sounded like laying on it. Just crazy. »

« It was a very nice and quiet hotel. The only bad thing was that the cleaning lady woke us up tapping on our door in the morning and we even had the do not disturb sign up »

« I have always stayed at the best western hotel / very nice place and staff- this was my first time in this one though and the only thing I wish they can change is the breakfast schedule for weekends- since I had things to do early in the weekends I noticed the restaurant wasn’t open yet - weekends they open at 7am - weekdays 6am . Since I left at 6:20am in the weekend I did not get to eat - besides that I do recommend this hotel in this town - very clean though »

Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests. »
