Top Hotel, sehr gepflegt und sehr warmes Ambiente. Sehr gutes Strandrestaurant, sehr Aufmerksames Personal, super Freundlich, Wow 👍👍👍Wir waren sehr Zufrieden Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Pool war zu warm, keine Abkühlung möglich, das sollte man ändern.

Traumhotel
Ein Traumhotel mit einem wunderschönen, weissen Sandstrand und sehr viel "viel" in der gesamten Anlage. Es lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen und biete quasi alles an. Es hat überall mehr als genug Liegeplätze. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend! Das Hotel ist schön in die Landschaft integriert und wirkt keinesfalls wuchtig, denn alle Zimmer sind in kleinen Bungalows verteilt.

schönes Hotel,wunderbares Personal,abseits
Das Hotel ist angelegt wie eine Art Reihenhaussiedlung. Die Häuschen sind im sehr gepflegten , wirklich schönen Garten verteilt, was eine schöne und ruhige Athmosphäre aufkommen lässt. Überall sehr freundliches, herzliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wie auf den Philippinen üblich. Roomservice, In-room-dining....etc... funktioniert super.Die Zimmer sind groß, schön und sauber. Klima funktioniert sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass jeden morgen eine Kokosnussschale vor der Tür steht mit dem Tagesprogramm für Erwachsene und Kinder. Es gibt eine sog. Crimzone: Zwei große Pools für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer, offenbar ziemlich neu u. richtig schön - toll gemacht!!Etwas in der Art haben wir noch nie gesehen. Dort gab es auch immer Platz und war gar nicht laut (vielleicht weil es überwiegend asiatische Gäste dort gibt: hauptsächlich Koreaner u. Japaner, einige Philipinos u. zum Glück kaum Chinesen- sorry, musste aber mal gesagt werden...). Dort gibt es dann auch noch einen Indoor-Spielbereich. Strand ist etwas klein aber ausreichend (siehe Hotelfotos, welche alle sehr reell sind).Schnorcheln ist auch ausreichend, wenngleich das Wasser manchmal trüb vom Sand ist. Wasser war immer sehr sauber.Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel.Schlecht:Lage ist abseits u.Shuttels (gratis) fahren nur 3mal ziemlich früh u.erst wieder spät zurück!Man muss daher für Rückfahrt Taxi nehmen(relativ teuer,weil die Taxis ohne Kunden wieder in Stadt zurückfahren müssen(Hotel hat Taxis verboten!).Was soll das?

저는 너무 좋았어요! 객실이 엄청 현대적이고 그런 건 아니었지만 관리가 잘되어 깨끗했고 2박 하면서 '이게 휴가지..'하는 생각을 내내 했어요. 수영장도 토요일 제외하고는 한산하고 딱 휴식을 즐기기에 괜찮을 만큼의 한산함이었어요. 사람이 너무 없는 것도 많은 것도 아닌.. 그리고 체크아웃 하는 날 레이트 체크아웃을 하고 싶었지만 풀북이라 불가능이었는데, 직원분이 먼저 체크아웃하는 날도 다른 시설을 얼마든지 이용하라고 친절하게 설명해주셔서 너무 좋았어요. 5시까지 수영장 마음껏 이용하고 마사지 받고 공항가니까 밤비행기도 그렇게 부담스럽지 않고 좋았습니다. 세부에 또 간다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶어요!

부모님, 누나네, 저희가족 어른 6명에 아이 2명이 객실 3개에서 머물렀습니다. 디럭스룸 2개, 디럭스룸 정원전망 1개에서 머물렀습니다. 정원정망 방은 전체 크기는 조금 더 크지만 화장실이 많이 커지고 침실은 작아지기 때문에 굳이? 라는 생각이 많이 들었습니다. 그리고 디럭스룸 중 1개는 개미와 바퀴벌레, 알 수 없는 벌레가 발견됐었고 나머지 1개는 비교적 벌레가 없었습니다(홈매트를 사용해서 그럴 수도). 아 테라스에 죽은 바퀴벌레와 개미는 있었음. 그럼에도 불구하고 객실 컨디션이나 직원분들의 친절함도 너무 좋았고, 프라이빗비치는 기대이하였지만 수영장에서 보낸 시간들은 너무 재밌었습니다. 저희는 배달음식을 시켜먹진 않았고 크림존 수영장으로 룸서비스를 시켜먹었고, 수영 후 햄버거와 간식거리를 조금 사서 방에서 먹었습니다. 룸서비스와 수영장에서 시켜먹은 음식들은 전체적으로 가격을 생각하지 않더라도 별로였습니다. 특히 햄버거. 그리고 너무 오래걸리고 직원들끼리 소통이 안되는건지.. 뭔가 반복되는 일들이 생겼습니다. 다른건 해보지 않았고 선셋세일링을 했는데 배컨디션이나 나오는 음식등은 사설업체와 비교했을 때 좀 떨어질 수 있다고 생각하지만 숙소에서 바로 배를 타는 편리함, 스텝의 친절함에서 돈이 아깝지 않았습니다. 아이들이 있는 분들은 크림존에서 하는 행사? 같은것도 좋을거 같습니다. 저희 조카는 보물찾기에서 2등을 하고 인형을 받았는데 너무너무 좋아했습니다. 보라카이에 이어 두번째 크림슨 방문, 저희 가족은 만족스러웠습니다.

Not value for money
To begin with, what is the point of adding the “spa” at the end if there is no spa available. Paying a premium for this is not worth it. Unable to use the spa for treatments/jacuzzy was such a disappointment. Furthermore, not all the restaurants advertised were open… Phone lines were down the whole stay. We had to literally walk to reception each time we wanted to request anything to eat or drink.

コロナの名残か今年夏の台風の影響なのか、宿泊棟の半分と一部レストランがクローズしていた。おかげで混んでるはずのインフィニティプールは空いてて快適ではあった。 スタッフのホスピタリティーや挨拶の徹底は今まで他国含め泊まったホテルの中でもトップクラスに良かった。またハーフブュッフェスタイルの朝食も非常に良かった。 敷地が広くタクシーでないと移動が厳しいことは事前に調べてあったが、タクシーは常駐しておらず呼ぶのに15分前後かかること、呼ぶ度に 100ペソかかることは想定外で残念だった。一方でホテルのレストランは高すぎて(円安の影響もあるが軽食で3000円程する)ホテル内だけで過ごすのは厳しいので外に出ざるを得ず実際レストランはガラガラでみんな外に出ていた。 部屋は清潔で快適だったが水回りの不具合(シャワーや浴槽の栓)は5つ星ホテルとしては残念

Crimson Resort might be the best resort we've ever stayed at. If I could give Crimson 10 stars, I would. Being a VIP expedia, every single staff made sure that we were looked after. We got a free room upgrade, free late check out and so much more. The staff are courteous and very accommodating. Crimson is located quite far from malls. You'd need a car to get around. We tried all 3 restaurants and all of them are very good. Breakfast is like fine dining. Restaurants and room service are on the expensive side which we already expect. However, the servings are pretty good. If we're ever back in Cebu, there's nowhere else we'd rather be. I will be recommending Crimson to family and friends. Good job to all the team
