Staff was great, location of hotel was not so great, hard to find and GPS location was hard to find, even our cab driver had a hard time to find with the lack of road signage. I wouldn’t say it was 100% clean, but it wasn’t dirty. The water has a strong mold like smell for the first minute or two, then clears up. We went up to the top floor for dinner, the view was fine but you had more staff than people eating but you still had to call them over to order anything, they were very attentive when called, but they just stand there till you call. It kinda makes you feel unwelcome, and makes you feel demanding when you have to call them over for anything. They do need to be more attentive and come to you, like water given within the first 1-2 minutes of sitting, seeing you in about 3-4 minutes later for drinks, then about 2-3 min later for appies, then about 5 mins later to order food, then check on you about every 10-15 mins after to see if needed more drinks, or how is the food, or did you want anything else. Asking those thing will up sale your ticket food items, make more money for the hotel and make more inviting. In this case we ordered I wanted a second drink but waited so long, we just went back to our room. The elevator almost sounds like its going to stop working with all the noise it makes going up or down
