« The room smelt like urine of some sort and the sheets had stains on them, the pool looked nice but i didnt stick around to use it as I couldnt force myself to stay there for the 6 nights i had booked I left after the first night. »

« We had a very unpleasant experience staying at WJV Inn Marigondon and would not recommend this property to other travelers.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was visibly dirty when we arrived. The bed did not appear properly cleaned, the bathroom looked unhygienic, and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room that did not go away. The walls were stained, and the overall condition of the space made it feel poorly maintained and neglected.
What was especially disappointing...

« I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items...

« We booked the Hotel after our Flight returned back to Cebu late evening, check inn was ok the staff told us that 2 of us have breakfast next morning for free, my son and me we had only coco crunch and corn flakes and 1 coffee which we had to pay then by check out, the excuse from the staff my the other receptionist from the night before make a mistake but still you have to pay
The good thing we ha an hairdryer but no outlet in the bathroom
Shower and bathroom bathroom was ok.

« Chambre sale ! Vraiment ! On a peur des photos pour monter à la réception qui a dessuite réagit en nous proposant un surclassement, la chambre n était encore une fois pas très propre mais nous n avions rien dis .
De plus le personnel vous demandera 100pesos pour vous commandez un taxi, moi qui penser que c’était leur travail ! Non on vous demande des sous en plus.
Bref nous avons commandez un taxi le lendemain pour partir à aéroport. Au bout d’une heure toujours pas de taxi ! Le service ne...
