« This place has a ton of potential, and the owner is a super nice guy. The house is old, and it's age shows. When we stayed, the owner was in the process of making some improvements, which honestly need to be made. He was painting the exterior and fixing up the yard, but got derailed by a very invasive construction project, which should very soon be finished. He also mentioned that he was planning to get new carpet, which I was glad to hear, because the carpet is definitely showing its age. The...
