Upon my arrival the house hadn’t been cleaned from the previous renters. I called and told management. I was told that it couldn’t be cleaned until the next day. I was told there was probably fresh linen in the closet and that I could use that. Management (Beck) was very helpful and he refunded my cleaning deposit. Other than the cleaning issue; it was a great stay and I would stay there again.Greg

Great house and location

Short stay with my father for a golf trip. The house met our needs. Two small considerations:1. The house doesn’t have a brush to clean the BBQ, so we had to adjust meal plans.2. The downstairs was quite chilly despite turning the heat up. All things considered, these are two very minor issues. Overall ,the house was great.

Disappointing

We were surprised and disappointed at how dirty this home was. There is NO WAY it gets regular professional cleanings. We had a few concerns that we brought to the manager's attention. The manager asked for more details and pics, which we provided, but no attempts were made to address the issues. We're talking dirty, blood-stained sheets in the master (which grossed me out and we never slept in that bed), dirty blanket (balled up and tossed in the closet), dirty dishes in the cupboards and on the shelf, bathtub wasn't draining and clearly hadn't been cleaned, hairs/debris on the vanity, very dirty carpets, and other people's opened food containers in the pantry. The list goes on. And there were long-term cleaning issues that needed to be address, too, like filthy baseboards, windows, and light switches.Do NOT underestimate people's reviews on the firm beds. Both king beds were rock hard, and the pillows were hard and flat. We requested some fluffier pillows to offset the hard mattress, but that request was ignored.This was a great location to be near the friends and family we came to visit. It's a spacious house (and has 3BR not 2BR as advertised) with a nice backyard, but unfortunately we would not stay at this house again.

Wonderful Base for Vegas and Red Rocks

We had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay here in this lovely house. Close to Red Rocks area, which was our main destination, but also faiely quick to get into the Strip area. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to return!

Near the highways we continuously used making it very convenient for us to get around. 15 from the airport, redrock (outside vegas)and the strip, allegiant stadium or for us Hells Kitchen (inside vegas) . Grocery store just outside neighborhood.

very nice property

i was in vegas on Business This was a very nice home for what i was looking for. not too far from where i needed to be. I would only recommend bringing a space heater with you as the downstairs is very cold. The upstairs gets hot enough. The homes design does not allow for the downstairs to get heated up properly unless you use the fireplace which i did not have access to because its a gas fireplace and you need a lever to turn on the gas which was not supplied and it is not in the living room anyhow, sowouldnt have made much difference Overall i was happy with my stay and i would certainly recommend. the host checked on me nearly everyday through email.

Nice clean place

The neighborhood was non-descript, but the house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, pillows plentiful, and furniture sufficient and maintained to feel clean and welcoming. We were pleased by how well the kitchen was provisioned with pots / pans etc. as well as the clean and ready state of all the appliances including washer / dryer. The area is convenient, with a grocery store within minutes, and short drive to all the places we wanted to go. We were able to play when we wanted, and find quiet when we wanted rest. Added benefit for us was the full size garage. It enabled us to park the car with less safety and heat concerns. A real plus that is under-rated for VRBOs in my opinion. Host was helpful, check in and check out easy, without being overwhelming. Only complaint would be that some of the doors (back door in particular) are difficult to lock / unlock. Not impossible, just difficult. Looking for a place in Vegas to be your quiet home base, this is a great choice.

Very clean comfortable and an excellent Summerlin location.

The location was desirable for us as were locals and just needed a place to stay while some home renovation was going on. The house is located a few blocks away from the intersection of Buffalo and West lake Mead Boulevard. It’s pretty central so you can get everywhere very quickly. There’s a CVS two blocks away with Albertsons grocery store next to that. Its very close To multiple restaurants including Grapevine CafĂ© which is an excellent locals restaurant. The house is in quiet area and was impeccably clean. It’s beautifully decorated and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The obviously put a great deal of thought into presentation with details like towel service and flowers on each of the beds. The backyard was surprisingly large and had perfect light for morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great place to stay!

Overall really, it was a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and an awesome variety of kitchen pots/pans/appliances to work with if I was to want to cook. The location is near grocery stores / misc shopping and fast food restaurants. We would stay there again.
