Okay-ish

Had no amenities, wanted to charge $50 for early check in as well as late check out. It was edc weekend, whos gonna wake up at 11Am to check out, when they saw us walk in at 9am. Front desk guy was rude and in a hurry.

Worst experience

Due to the Mayweather fight even 6 weeks out this was the only hotel we could find for a reasonable amount. Most hotels were full or triple the normal rate. The hotel has just changed to Siegel Suites, but it's still a bad place. Non existent amenities. Not even paper towels in the "kitchen" or coffee for the broken pot. Front desk people we rude and uncaring. Linens were threadbare and stained. Cannot recommend this place to anyone. Glad it was only 1 night!

First time to Vegas & only for one night.

It's perfect for just one night or so. I went with 3 friends and we only stayed for one night. Didn't spend much time in the room. Just wanted a place to crash, take a quick shower, and keep our things. Only down side is because it was Saturday night and taxis were busy they took longer to come since the hotel is about 10 minutes or so from the strip. We waited 45 minutes and it never came so we cancelled it and decided to just drive. We got to our destination very quickly.

Good stay.. Not enough pillows

Great stay at crestwood the only bad part of this whole experience which was great was that the bed had only 2 pillows and me and the wife spend 3 nights there and it was a constant strughle for the pillows but anove all it was good..

Great Location

I chose this hotel because of the location. You are close enough to the Las Vegas Strip to easily access it, but far enough away that you don't feel like you are in the middle of it all. You are also very close to accessing the highway to get out of town and visit Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. It is suggested you have a rental car if you stay at this hotel, however it is not necessary since the public bus system runs regularly along Flamingo Road at all hours of the day and evening. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of a swimming pool.

Great value

We stayed in the two queen bed suite and were very pleased with the layout, size and price. The location is very convenient to the strip, Thomas & Mack stadium and the airport. Walking distance to starbucks and a large grocery store. The large table area in the room made it easy to eat meals as well as keep the computers and other electronics set up. The bathroom is enormous which makes it very comfortable. Considering the room size and location, the price was very low compared with the strip. We will be back.

Hotel is dirty and run down,holes in wall and bath

Not a very nice place, other tenants were rough and homeless looking that were hanging out in the lobby. They were complaining about no towels and no one cleaning there rooms.Our room had a hole in the bathroom door. The shower curtain, bedspread and drapes were all wrinkled like they had just come out of a too hot dryer and were permantly ruined, the floor was sticky in the kitchen by the carpet transition. I kept my shoes on.

Nice Stay

Stayed 8 days. If someone is staying that long they need to have housekeeping come in at least once. Had dish soap for the sink; however, had no dish towel or rag. Had to use an wash cloth and one of the bath towels. The people at Crestwood are very friendly and courtesy. Would stay again. The next time I know what to bring.

Not the hotel i would return to.

My room was dirty with stains on dirt in the sink, I seen people jumping in and out there windows as if I was in someone's hood apartments they have no swimming pool at all I pulled out my black light and all I seen was dirtiness everywhere not sanitized at all the hotel staff was polite but that still doesn't beat the fact that my room was dirty overall I was upset but ok because everyone else was booked and it was non refundable.

Nice place

Friendly staff, room was clean. Only complaint was we had 4 adults and only 2 towels, when we asked for 2 more towels we were told we had to bring them the used towels before they would give us any more.

Good location.

The room was HUGE. but everything was OLD. several coats of paint on walls. AC was noisy. Homeless camped outside window. half the vending machines were out of order. No facial tisue in bath room. No spare role of Toilet paper and mine was almost empty. Beds were CHEAP but clean. Floor creaked all over. Plumbing very noisy. Elevator slow and a little scary. Refrigerator had a hole in it covered by door stopper plastic plate. stove looked like it was from the 50's.

Great value

Front desk worker Romeo is best every hotel needs one of him. As far as the room the first room our toilet didn't work and only one burner worked and the shower curtain had mold. The second room had bugs.

Horrible stay

Room very old was giving a handicap room. Was on the bottom floor and could hear running, stomping, and dropping of items of upstairs room down to mine. Overall a horrible stay.
