Good Stay

Timeshares that works as a hotel. Room looked similar to the pictures but you are randomly assigned one at check-in. Everything worked well, just make sure to decline the timeshare "presentation".

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! We got into Vegas early so we went straight to the check in desk and put in a request for a high floor with a view of the strip. They accommodated us at check in time with a room on the 13th floor and an amazing view of the strip and the Sphere. We did have to go over to the timeshare area and they talked to me a bit. My daughter and I went in and I left my husband in the car, so I used him as an escape, plus we were starving after our long flight from Atlanta. I stayed longer than I should have, but walked away and was never approached again. There is a bar downstairs and a Starbucks. They also have activities and free drinks on different days (they'll give you a full schedule). We rode the shuttle a few times (it goes to Horseshoe and back) and also walked a few times. Never felt unsafe at all and it's an easy walk. The shuttle runs 9-9:30 (last pickup at Horseshoe at 9:30). We never used the pools, but they looked nice. They also provided additional laundry detergent when I called. The building and unit were exceptionally clean. Not sure if we'll ever make it back to Vegas, but if so, we will definitely stay here again and we will use this service again for sure for other vacations. Wonderful experience all around.

Family vacation

The condo was very clean and lots of space. Beds were very comfortable. With the location off the strip, even in 105 degree weather, the walk was only about 10-15 minutes before you were in Miracle Mall to cool off and have the air conditioning.

Well priced, as advertised.

Well priced 2BR plus kitchen and living room suite not far from the strip. Free, plentiful parking, 2 beautiful pools and 3 hot tubs that we enjoyed after hiking and biking daily. The staff was welcoming and the timeshare staff left us alone pretty easily when we said no sternly to their sales pitch. Could use a touch of updating but fully functional as is. Would stay again in the future.

Nice Quiet great Location

We enjoyed staying here for a few days while we visited Vegas. The resort was quiet and clean. They will try and sell you a timeshare at check in. We decided to do the 90 minute tour and received two tickets to Cirque du Soleil for $45. Just make sure you have them stick to their 90 minutes - I got up and walked out. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the tiki bar by the pool. We would stay here again!

Stay wasn’t long enough.

Everything was easy, no hidden fees . Just as our host said.. couldn’t of been happier. Loved that one of the pools and hot tub was open 24 hours. Beds were so comfy ! Would stay again !

AC issues

The AC in our unit wasn't working properly - stayed at a balmy 78 degrees - and maintenance person "Sheldon" explained the problem (needed a reset after power failure) and was able to fix it within 15 minutes of our initial call to the front desk. He was very professional and friendly - a true asset to the Wyndham family!

Good location and value

Very convenient to have a shuttle to the strip. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate, a bit dated but not a problem. Good value.

I liked the complete kitchen! Glasses, utensils, dishes, Full size fridge, stove, microwave, etc. It was great that they had outdoor grills too, but we weren't there in weather to utilize. I didn't like being pressured to tour their suite for timeshare purchase when we checked in. Gave an immediate stress to the beginning of my vacation.
