Our home offers a luxurious stay for those travelers who do Vegas in style and class.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, EVENTS, AND SMOKING!
7 bedrooms, 8 beds offer shared sleeping for up to 16 guests. Our fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated family and living room offers everyone a relaxed and enjoyable stay

There is an extra charge per day/night of $50 to heat up JACUZZI during traveler's trip.

If the traveler wants to heat up the POOL in additional to JACUZZI, an extra charge per night will be $150 per day/night.
The maximum temperature for the pool can get up to 80*.


Guests are NOT ALLOWED to operate the pool equipment themselves!!!

Vacuum pool cleaner MUST stay inside the pool under the water ALL THE TIME and CANNOT be removed from the water!!!

Pool & Jacuzzi operates and is controlled by Management or the owner upon traveler request between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.

!!! This Jacuzzi has only one strong jet, 3 others are not very strong. It was build that way by previous owner. We keep it that way, cause it is very difficult to fix !!!

Pool gets professionally cleaned and its water chemical levels maintained weekly. If you see leaves, flowers, or even dirt, which is common due to the high winds in Vegas, don’t worry. You may use the pool leaf rake to remove it throughout your stay but rest assured that the water quality is safe for swimming.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE!!!
Smoking in the house will result in a $500 charge!!!

We allow to bring ONE PET. (ONLY DOGS!!!) Sorry - NO CATS!!! There is a 285$ pet fee will be involved. Pet must be included in your booking.
Bringing pets without permission will result in a charge to your deposit for full pet fees for your stay (per pet policy rates) plus an additional $100 charge.**

Jacuzzi Note
Please note that the Jacuzzi in this home is equipped with a single blower. This reflects the original design and construction of the house and has been preserved as part of its character.
While it may differ from more modern systems, it still provides a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Self check-in:
Check yourself in with the smart lock.
The Code will be provided with a Template and instruction.

CHECK-IN time, any time starting 4PM.

CHECK OUT must be at 11:00 a.m.

The house is monitored by 24-hour security cameras located it outside around the perimeter of the property for your security, ours, and to protect the property when empty.

Please remember, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED!!!

Absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE HOUSE!!!

You and your group MUST observe "Quiet Hours," which is between 9pm to 9am. This means NO!!! Noise outside at all between those hours and all noise in the home must be kept to a minimum out of courtesy to our neighbors.

The number of the guests staying in the house MUST MATCH the number of the guests in the booking.
The number of visitors in the house can not increase more than 4 people and needs to be discussed between hosts and guests prior to the beginning of the trip.

Please, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IN ADVANCE at the location you are going to stay.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any online advance orders delivered prior to or during the reservation. We simply don't recommend doing this. If you would absolutely need that, please ask about it in advance, and we will try to help you.

Guests are not allowed to move any furniture in the house!!!

Guests are responsible to roll out garbage containers to the street on WEDNESDAYS at any time during the day or evening and bring back those garbage containers back to original spot on THURSDAYS late afternoon after they will be emptied.
