This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and having the 2 bathrooms was really handy. We really liked having a kitchen and full sized fridge as we could do some meals at the accommodation, which saved us from eating out every meal. The beds were super comfy and the room was quiet so we had great sleep.The walk to MGM grand wasn’t bad at all and was all air conditioned. The kids loved both the tower pool and the MGM grand pool. It was fantastic having access to both. Great communication with the host and easy check in. I will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to the strip without the calamity of the big resort hotels. I've stayed at Signature a number of times, it's a bit of walk after a night out but worth it.

Unresponsive in every way

I still can’t believe I am dealing with this. Within minutes of booking I wrote the owners to say let me verify before I get too far that this listing is this way and that way etc. I’m using it for a photo shoot and I need very specific Things i.e. that it look like it’s photos and these are not general photos of the property as a whole. I did not hear back then I did not hear back on any subsequent communication other than a generic thank you for booking. Here’s the information on how to get in the property, etc. Non-responsive host and always. And then after the booking I got a message thanking me for staying. What a clueless and disconnected host. I, myself was a host for years, and never had so much disconnection with a client.

Perfect getaway close, but not too close to the action!!!

This rental was absolutely perfect for me and my husband for a last minute getaway. We've done Vegas enough times that we didn't want to be on the heart of the strip. This place was perfect. Comfortable walking distance to MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood, Paris, NYNY etc., but easily able to get off The Strip when we wanted to. Pool was nice. Staff was super friendly. Only downside - if you're bringing a car, the valet can be a bit of a nightmare. We waited on average 20-30 minutes to get our car every time. So be prepared if you're in a hurry.
