Elegance
Our family comes out to Las Vegas often and we decided to stay here again, we stayed in the pool the entire time and quite enjoyed every minute of it. Everything in the home is well stocked, clean, and most of all, elegant. Thanks again David!

Well done and exquisite, tons of parking
Overall the property is exquisite and higher end, the hosts were accommodating and flexible with an early checkin and the pool was sparkling clean. Everything was in a state of good repair. For our larger group the high amount of bathrooms and their tankless hot water heater was a big deal, since the showers were running constantly it was nice to never run out of hot water which has happened to us before in a vacation rental home. Plenty of parking and we were able to pull in our RV just fine.

Great house for small or large groups
We stayed here with our small family of three, but this house could easily fit 4 times that many people. It is pet friendly, very clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The owner was very communicative and has fixed some of the issues noted in prior reviews (the kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels). The neighborhood is quite residential and quiet, but you will need to drive a couple of miles to shops. I wish the pool was heated (it was too chilly to swim comfortably in early April) and that the maintenance man was not around quite so much (he was very nice and tried to stay out of our way, but was present for several hours total doing outdoor work over our three-day stay) as it made us feel like we had a bit less privacy than we would ideally like.

Good Time Great Racing!!
We had a great stay with family! The house was clean and had everything that we needed. It would be nice if the check in time was earlier but they did accommodate us by letting us drop our luggage so we could go to the event we were in town for. They are a fair distance to LVMS but the drive was not bad. The communication with the owners was always pleasant and they responded to messages quickly. We will be using them in the future for our next adventure!

Clean, gigantic, new family favorite
We were impressed with cleanliness of the house upon arrival. All surfaces were wiped down and there were no smudges or fingerprints on anything. We felt very comfortable with cleanliness as well since all the bedding and all the towels are white. The owners also gave us access to their supply closet when we needed something and seeing their good stock of cleaning things made us even more comfortable. Our group had plenty of space to spread out, the floorpan is very friendly to a large group. The house is pretty big I actually got lost in it going through one of the hallways on the big shower side of the home. Our favorite thing about the house was all the bathrooms, it is really nice work and the big shower had four separate shower heads on it. When we arrived they were out of paper towels and the owners immediately sent some over for us. Overall we would definitely stay here again and it was located close enough to the strip for us. The view from the backyard is enjoyable, there is a small view of the mountains. The neighborhood is nice with large lot custom homes and there were two brand new homes being built in the area. The house directly across the street is less sightly but all other homes in the area are well kept and we never saw anything concerning about safety. This was our family's 10th annual trip to Las Vegas and the third time we decided to stay in a home instead of a hotel and this was our favorite one in Las Vegas so far.

Some things were good (location, parking, pool area nice to sit in, kitchen area with bar area nice to have coffee in and chat at breakfast), and some were not what we expected (no hanging racks in any closets with 2 small portable ones for 6 bedrooms, one of the king beds had a bunk bed perpendicular to it on top so you couldn’t sit up, floor very dirty with liquor bottle balloons and sprinkles under the couch, no hooks near the master shower to hang a towel, 4 our door trash cans completely full with nowhere to put our trash, drain clogged in one bath and cleaning person had to come back with drain declogger and we had to run hot water to clear, and in big master the water pressure is low if trying to use hot water so hard to shower and wash hair - we used a different bathroom). With minor fixes (clean, add closet hanger bars and some hangers, etc) it would be more functional to stay there. We did communicate with property team, so some of this may be fixed (we did sweep and scrub floor on arrival, take the trash cans to curb and then put our trash in, put sheet on one master bed , and dump balloons and liquor bottles)…

Blew away expectations
This was our first time using VRBO, from the time we booked to the time we left everything was really flawless. The hosts Called us after booking, made sure we checked in OK, and upon getting to the house well I can say it is flawless, they have very good cleaning staff, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept a whole lot better than I do in a noisy hotel room on the strip where I can hear people running down the hallways! Peaceful, and flawless experience. The pool was probably our favorite part. It was crystal clear and had a super deep end! It was a good location for us since it a couple people in our group were in Las Vegas for their first time because we also drove down to the dam and to Joshua tree and Henderson is a nice central location for that.

Feel like royalty
This is our group's second time back to this time and we didn't leave a review the first time but feel compelled, Upon walking in I immediately felt like royalty, they had the air conditioning running already, "left the lights on" for us, and the design work in the house is A-grade and consistent throughout the entire home. Rarely do you see real travertine stone in homes, and this one has it in every shower, I really like that they left the stone unsealed because it gives a distinct smell of high-end when it gets water on it. Everything in the house states high-end and we will be back again. Thanks to team David for making it a great stay for us and thanks for rushing over the shampoo that was out!

Mom’s 80th Surprise Party
The house was as described. It was large enough for our group of 13 to be comfortable during our stay. Any issue we ran into was quickly taken care of for us. We will definitely stay at this house again. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location of the house was perfect too!

List of the goods - beds were comfy, location, pool was clean but not used due to cold weather. General location for getting around Vegas was good. List of issues - lighting in dinning room was terrible, lights flicker all over the house especially when hot water was used, no clothes rods in 3 bedrooms, no fire pit in fireplace as shown in pics, bbq grill was so dirty did not use, no trash bags other then originals, dinning room table legs are bad causing table to rock unevenly, pot filler at cook top was very wobbly, junk on side of house was a mess, neighborhood was not great; many homes appeared abandoned, cooking and other utensils were lacking enough to cook or eat at times, Overall would not likely stay here again.

Needs a little touch up
The house was beautiful but missing some finishes. Towels were small and low cost and there were not enough dishes, cups, and plates. Bring your paper goods for more than 4 people. Just was responsive. If the bathroom cabinets and closets had doors and the kitchen had utensils it could be called luxurious.

Super Fun!
The owners were extremely responsive. I mean extremely. Quick to respond and really outstanding customer service. I’m leaving five stars for that. The home is beautiful and it was easy too have fun in. This house was very big and spacious. It’s nicely decorated so it was perfect for me and my guests. They have many activities you can do in the house like a pool table and some board games. The main event is the pool which is perfect so definitely enjoy that.

No complaints!
I can’t say enough good things about this place. We were lucky enough to be able to book last minute for a long term stay after finishing up a long term stay at another house, which let me just say we were very happy to finally have that reservation be over. I am a fan of the travertine and granite all of the house, feels so natural. I want a travertine shower now in my own house after experiencing four of them, our group kept switching showers every day because everyone wanted to try a different one it was kind of comical. Overall no complaints other than the hvac being a little confusing but owners helped answer the quesitons.

Enjoyed every moment!
This house was really cool. The decor is tasteful and luxirious. Nice shower! Very spacious and comfortable for a big family. This house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful get away with your loved ones. The strip is just a short drive which gives you a different Vegas experience and we loved it since you get to enjoy a ridiculous view of the strip on the drive into the city, and good mountain views from the backyard. The pool was clean and refreshing and I loved that there was plenty of towels in every convenient location around the house. The board games made for some added family memories that we made. The one issue we had the hosts responded to quickly.

Great stay in this home!
This home is amazing! It is beautiful and very thoughtfully designed, even better in person than the pictures show. The property is huge and can accommodate our large group comfortably. The host responded within minutes when we asked for something. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend. They had some nice touches on amenities like tons of towels, pantene pro v, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of laundry soap for everyone. House smelled clean and was very clean on arrival, these people run this house very well.
