The Space



Step inside to a light-filled home where warm timber details and contemporary furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere.



The main living area features comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV, flowing seamlessly into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen. The dining area centres around a round timber table beneath modern pendant lighting, with direct access to the outdoor patio.



The kitchen is well equipped for easy self-catering, featuring sleek cabinetry, granite benchtops, a dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop and breakfast bar.



Downstairs, a second living area provides a quiet space to relax. Enjoy the comfortable Scandinavian-style recliners, another flat-screen TV and a thoughtfully stocked library. This level also includes the laundry and a convenient third toilet.



Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed. The main bathroom features tiled finishes, a spacious walk-in shower, a freestanding bathtub and a separate toilet.



Outside, the spacious paved patio provides an inviting setting for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings, surrounded by a peaceful garden.



Guest Access



Guests have private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry, patio and garden.



Please note that the small study is locked and reserved for the owner's personal belongings.

Located in Trevallyn in Tasmania's West Tamar region, the home enjoys a peaceful residential setting surrounded by greenery.



You're just a short drive from Launceston CBD and Cataract Gorge, with local cafes, shops and parks also within easy reach. The location makes a convenient base for exploring Launceston, the Tamar Valley and the surrounding attractions.



Getting Around



A car is recommended for exploring Launceston and the wider Tamar Valley.



Parking: Two-car off-street parking is available. There is no garage, and additional on-street parking is available.

Walking: Enjoy the leafy neighbourhood, with local shops and parks within walking distance.

Public transport: Bus services provide connections to Launceston city centre.

Taxis & rideshare: Available for convenient local transport.
