Nestled in the heart of West Launceston, Lotti`s Cottage is a quaint and charming family stay filled with collected treasures and recently updated for modern family life. It is within walking distance to Launceston`s stunning Cataract Gorge and the historic Duck Reach power station and a short drive to the Launceston CBD to explore its bustling cafes, restaurants and specialty shops. It is the perfect base to explore the Northern region of Tasmania including the Tamar River Wine Region.

A sense of calm and comfort greets you upon walking through the cottage doors. Adorned in carefully collected and curated pieces, manicured garden and ample space makes this the perfect stay for family and friends.

Entering through the front veranda, you’ll make your way through to the open plan living, dining and kitchen spaces perfectly furnished to give you a perfect space to cook, dine and relax. Two sets of French doors and picure perfect cottage windows allow the sun to bathe the space in beautiful natural light.
Take your pick from a good selection of books on offer throughout the home or get cosy in front of the TV.

The dining area is set with a six-person table, perfect for enjoying meals at home or for setting up a laptop if you’re on a working holiday. The stylishly updated kitchen comes fully equipped for your holiday catering and and sharing a yarn with friends at the breakfast bench.

You’ll sleep easy in four beautiful and spacious bedrooms. The ground floor main bedroom features a queen-size bed. The second bedroom comes with a king-single bed, hanging space for your belongings and can make use of the first bathroom located between the ground floor bedrooms.

Upstairs you will find bedrooms three and four with a queen-size bed and king-single bed respectively. This floor includes the second bathroom also nestled between the two bedrooms.

A spacious laundry comes with both a washing machine and dryer, adding to your everyday convenience.

Added conveniences include off-street parking, and central air conditioning/heating units on the ground and first floor.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourself. Please make yourselves at home!
