« The room is very basic. No lamps in room only the lights in ceiling. The attendant at the desk did not speak English very well. It was really hard to communicate with them. The tv only had Pluto tv. You had to watch old shows. No local channels for news and weather. There was a microwave and refrigerator but no coffee maker. »

« The property is very dated with very few cosmetic updates. The bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner malfunctioned, however the staff promptly came and made the necessary repair. The bathroom was not clean. The shower and shower head were filthy and the housekeeper failed to clean my room and replace the towels. When I asked for new towels, the front desk attendant proceeded to give me clean towels with the dirtiest hands I’ve seen. Imagine your car mechanic giving you clean towels! I...

« There was no hot water during our stay for showers. The mini fridge didn't work, and the orange juice dispenser was leaking in the breakfast room. However, the staff was so helpful and kind it is hard to be upset about it. In the future letting guests know that there is construction happening during their stay would be helpful. Thanks to the staff for a true southern hospitality experience! »
