The master bedroom features a spacious 180 x 200 cm double bed, while the second bedroom has a cozy built-in 160 cm sleeping area. An additional sleeping area on a small balcony within the second bedroom includes a 140 cm mattress and a 90 cm mattress, making the apartment suitable for families and larger groups.

The former veranda has been transformed into a welcoming dining area with a comfortable corner bench, while several cozy seating areas surround the fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings.

The open kitchen combines traditional Alpine character with modern convenience. A beautifully restored wood-burning stove adds a unique touch, alongside a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, and fondue and raclette accessories.

The apartment features two bathrooms. One includes a bathtub and toilet, while the second has a shower and toilet.

A large south-facing terrace extends from the living and dining area and enjoys sunshine throughout the day. It is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a meal outdoors, or simply take in the peaceful Alpine surroundings.
