This 140 m² fully air-conditioned villa is arranged over two levels to ensure a comfortable stay for families or friends. Its capacity is up to 6 guests. The spacious, light-filled living area opens directly onto the garden and the pool, making indoor–outdoor living effortless. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook just like at home. The overall atmosphere reflects the authentic charm of the South of France.

The sleeping area is spread over both levels and accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, ensuring everyone can rest in complete peace.

Bedroom 1: 140 cm double bed, private shower room.
Bedroom 2 (Lower level): 160 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 3 (Lower level): 140 cm double bed, bathroom and access to an outdoor terrace.
This layout, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, provides your family with the necessary privacy while sharing the main living spaces.

The outdoor areas are a true invitation to relaxation. The 250 m² garden surrounds the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m). You will enjoy two large 20 m² terraces with a shaded pergola and outdoor lounge furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. A barbecue and a football table are available for convivial moments.

You benefit from private parking for two vehicles. The location is ideal for exploring the region: just 1 kilometre from shops and only 5 km from the beaches of Cannes.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage of 2000€ will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
