« The hotel is very well located in Downtown Norfolk, making it convenient for restaurants, attractions, and exploring the area. The property could benefit from some renovations and updates. The customer service staff were friendly and courteous; however, they were unable to resolve an issue involving a supposed double check-in that appeared in their system when there was actually only one stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again for a couple of nights...

« The hotel was nice and in a good location for going on a cruise out of norfolk. Our TV in the room did not work. They gave us free breakfast to make up for it, which was nice. »

« The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days! »

« If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!! »

« Room was ok. Hotel can be cleaner. Its mostly extended stay guests and they hang outside the front of the hotel. Its a nice area with plenty to eat within walking distance. »

« Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's! »

« Worst hotel, not safe full of people on drugs and drunk, seringue all over the yard blood on the bed not clean foot steps on pillow. Cackroach in the room. I ask the front desk for refund and showed him the pictures he turn his back and screamed NO REFUND AVOID ATT ALL COST DANGEROUS HOTEL. Called hotel.com and they offered me a 25$ compension instead of full refund. **Not abble too download the pictures here** »

« État de la chambre laisse à désirer, lit très inconfortable, drain du lavabo bouché. Seul point positif petit coin salon avec divan-lit assez confortable. Accès wifi correct. Petit déjeuner limité, il n’y avait aucun gobelet pour le café. »
