Outside, the private garden provides a lovely spot for morning coffee, alfresco dining or relaxing on warmer evenings. Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage and private garden throughout their stay, with free private parking at the property.

The Cottage is tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just a short stroll from Bookham High Street, where you’ll find independent shops, cafés, a butcher and fishmonger.

Bookham Station is around a mile away, making London an easy train journey, while the M25 is close by for convenient access across Surrey and to Heathrow and Gatwick.

The Cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the Surrey Hills. Nearby you’ll find Polesden Lacey, Denbies Wine Estate, Box Hill, Epsom Racecourse, Bocketts Farm, Guildford, Cobham and Beaverbrook.

Autumn & Christmas at The Cottage

The Cottage is particularly special during the autumn and festive season. Throughout December, I decorate the house beautifully for Christmas, creating a warm and welcoming setting for family gatherings, festive weekends and Christmas stays.

With plenty of room for everyone to gather, a large kitchen and dining space, cosy living areas and five bedrooms, it’s a lovely place to spend Christmas together.
