Wundervolle Villa mit herrlichem Ausblick
Wir haben 9 Tage in dieser herrlichen Villa verbracht. Der Empfang durch Elena Riva war überaus herzlich, mit einem liebevoll zusammengestellten Empfangspräsent. Die Villa selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Service waren außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten das Glück, von dort aus das Silvester-Feuerwerk über Lecco sehen zu können. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können eine in jeder Hinsicht positive Empfehlung aussprechen!

Wonderful villa with a marvelous view
We spent eight days in this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect: A wonderful, very clean house with plenty of space (even with an old piano in one of the rooms), a beautiful garden and a marvelous view. The communication was very good. Kletterurlaub mit toller Location
Wir waren einige Tage zum Klettern in Lecco. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes in super Aussichtslage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat eine schöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wonderful house, view and host
We spent one wonderful week in Lecco. The house is perfectly equipped. We love cooking and everything needed was available. Elena is a perfect host. Communication was always friendly, fast and we got everything we needed. Thank you!!! The welcome gifts were super nice and delicious 😉 We would absolutely come again! Recommendation is to bring bug repellent, there are mosquitos, especially in the evening time.

Einfach Traumhaft
Wir waren für 14 Tage in der Unterkunft und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Die Lage des Hauses und die Aussicht auf Lecco sind einfach herrlich. Alles war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Schönes Apartment mit herrlichem Ausblick
Die Kommunikation mit Elena war freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell. Das Appartment hat genügend Platz für bis zu 8 Leute, ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Großer Garten mit Tischtennisplatte, BBQ und tollem Ausblick über den See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht und perfekter Betreuung durch Besitzer und Angestellte. Alles gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Fazit: 5 Sterne Bewertung mit Vergnügen! Tolle Sonnenterrasse, Blick über Lecco und den Comer See
Die großzügig geschnittene Villa bot uns mit fünf Personen viel Platz für einen entspannten Weihnachtsurlaub. Der Garten war super gepflegt, dort standen auch Liegestühle und eine Tischtennisplatte für uns bereit. Zwei der Doppelschlafzimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock und bieten - wie die Räume im Erdgeschoss - einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt, den See und die umliegenden Berge. Ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Duschbad ist im Keller. Dort unten hätte es auch noch die Möglichkeit gegeben, in einem Extraraum zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch zu nutzen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr stilvoll. Gastgeberin Elena, die im Nebenhaus wohnt, war immer für uns da. Auch das Concierge-Paar Liliana und Gigi, deren Wohnung an den unteren Bereich des Hauses angrenzt, hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Zu Fuß ist man etwa in einer halben Stunde im Stadtkern. Achtung, der Berghang, an dem das Haus liegt, ist recht steil! Mit schwerem Koffer kaum zu schaffen. Auto ist sehr von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt.

Beautiful!
We spent a week here with two families (in total eight people) and loved it. Elena is a very friendly host with a great sense of taste and a lot of knowledge about her region. The house is well equipped and in good condition, the garden is kept flawlessly by Gigi the housekeeper, and the view over the lake is beautiful. Elena received us with fresh cherries, a bottle of sparkling wine, bread and a delicious salami, and she offered a multitude of different possibilities about how to distribute the rooms and beds. With small beaches and beautiful trips in the mountains only minutes away, we couldn't have imagined a better place.

Tolle Aussicht, sehr sauber und nett

EIn wundervoller Ort
Beste Ausgangslage für Wander- und Klettersteigtouren, aber auch für Sightseeing und Shopping. Der Blick auf Stadt, See und Berge ist beeindruckend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier fühlt man sich gleich willkommen und zuhause. Die Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Entspannen ein. Auch ein Regentag kann angenehm gestaltet werden, denn es ist genug Sofa für alle da.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer wundervollen Lage
Wir durften in diesem Haus wunderschöne 10 Tage verbringen. Die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Comersee, auf Lecco und die Berge war schon etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Anbieterin Elena Riva gab uns viele gute Tipps und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und das "Hausmeisterpaar" Liliana und Gigi war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Die Einrichtung des Hauses übertraf unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt gerne weiter.

Wonderful
Villa Helena is a spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished villa in a stunning location with marvellous views of Lecco and Lake Como. The Villa has its own garden with outdoor dining facilities and wifi is excellent. The Villa is as good, if not better, than the photos suggest. Although approximately 5 kms from Lecco centre a car is not essential as a reliable bus service is available with a bus stop nearby. Owner, Elena, and the gardener, Gigi, live on site. They are not intrusive but they are extremely welcoming and both go out of their way to assist when required. Highly recommended.

Vacances entre amis
Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Elena à Lecco et la remercions pour son accueil. La propriété impeccable et fidèle à l'annonce a répondu en tous points à nos attentes. La vue sur le lac de Côme est imprenable ! Elena et Gigi très discrets mais à notre écoute pour nous donner toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés.

A Piece of Heaven
This was our home base for a week in the Lake Como region and it was wonderful! The house is spacious, immaculately clean, stocked with everything needed, and the view… my goodness! Just stunning. We enjoyed delicious meats, cheese, olives, artichokes and bread on the patio, overlooking the beautiful city of Lecco and Lake Como! Elena is a wonderful host and responded to each of our messages before our arrival in a very timely manner. She left for us fresh bread, fruit, salami and a bottle of wine. So kind and very generous! The train station is a short drive down the hill and perfect for a day trip to Milan. The villa is as shown in the pictures… and we loved that the property is gated. Felt very safe and happy in our little piece of Italian Heaven! I hope to return some day!

Prachtige villa met uitzicht en alle comfort
Villa Helena heeft alles wat een vakantiewoning moet hebben. Is rustig gelegen op de helling aan de rand van de stad. Het uitzicht op het meer en de bergen is buitengewoon. De villa is zeer comfortabel ingericht en de tuin is piekfijn onderhouden. Eigenares Elena en haar conciërge (Gigi) wonen ernaast en zijn steeds aanspreekbaar voor vragen en tips, wat een aangenaam voordeel was. Wij verbleven er 1 week (3e week van juni) en waren met 4 (2 gepensioneerde koppels). Het was toen heel warm, zodat de airco goed van pas kwam. Er is een goed beveiligde toegangspoort en een ruime parking. Vanuit Lecco hebben we veel leuke uitstappen kunnen doen met de wagen en met de boot.

Très jolie vue . Accueil charmant. Tres bon séjour (malgré une météo décevante: grosses pluies). Par contre se méfier des temps de parcours dans la région: 2h pour 40km pour Bergame et 45 min pour varenna car ce sont de petites roues a une voie. Mais la région est tres belle

The villa matched the description exactly.
The villa was easy to find and upon arrival at the property we received a very friendly welcome. The villa is very spacious and has everthing you would want during a holiday. It is well maintained and was very clean and tidy. Elena very kindly took us on a tour of Lecco so that we could see some of the main parts and to also see where various restaurants were located (something we had enquired about) and this helped us to get our bearings. There is plenty of tourist information available at the villa and if there is anything in particular that you want to do I suggest you let Elena know in advance so that she can get the information for you. The views from the villa, which is high up the hill from the centre of Lecco, were stunning. During our stay we visited Bellagio, Como and Milan during our stay. Excellent train service, make sure you get the train that goes to Milano Centrale, it’s fast! The cable car trip is well worh doing, the views from the top of the mountain are fantasic and the air is so clear. Nice little cafe at the bottom if you have to wait for you trip.

Un séjour merveilleux.
Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans une villa située dans un environnement magnifique. La villa d'Héléna, très confortable, spacieuse, bien agencée, bien équipée et impeccablement tenue offre une vue panoramique fantastique sut le lac et la ville de Lecco. Le jardin, entretenu quotidiennement par Gigi, aux petits soins avec les vacanciers, est très agréable. Nous étions très à l'aise dans ce lieu à partir duquel nous avons découvert différents sites autour du Lac de Côme, un ravissement! Héléna est efficace, réactive, à l'écoute et serviable. Dans la villa, elle a mis à disposition une documentation complète sur la région et reste très disponible pour rendre ce séjour facile. Elle nous a rendu plusieurs services, réservation d'une voiture, transport depuis la gare. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse et nous en profitons pour remercier Héléna et Gigi de leur accueil.

Stunning views and beautiful mountains
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Helena in Lecco. The views from almost every room of the town, lake and mountains were stunning and the house is spacious, light and tranquil. The beds were comfortable and the number of bathrooms were great also. Helena and Gigi were both friendly but descreet even though they lived next door and were more than happy to give us ideas for excursions and places to visit. Our 2 families (4 adults and 3 children) swam in the lake daily, ate in lovely restaurants, took a trip into the mountains on the cable car, took boat trip, went to the aqua park and ate lots of gelato. A wonderful place to relax and visit with kind hosts- we didn’t want to leave!

Fantastisch mooi uitzicht en super goed huis
Dit huis is tip top in orde, niets op aan te merken. een waar plezier om in zo'n proper/onderhouden huis binnen te komen. De gastvrouw Elena was ook steeds bereikbaar en gaf de nodige tips. Het uitzicht v/h huis is schitterend mooi!!! De streek is ook mooi. een leuke plek om uw vakantie door te brengen!!! Hier komen we ooit nog eens terug!!!!

Surpris.
Très belle propriété au calme avec vue sur le lac de Lecco, Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par madame RIVA et son sympathique gardien "Gigi" qui s'occupe du jardin de la propriété et reste à votre disposition à tous moments. Par contre, nous déconseillons aux personnes à tendance claustrophobique, la chambre au sous sol, la fenêtre donnant sur un mur. En ce qui concerne la région: Ce qui frappe en premier c'est une région industrialisée en particulier autour du lac de Come. Il existe une grande différence d'ambiance entre le lac Majeur et le lac d'Iséo plus "campagnard". La circulation autour des lacs est un vrai problème. Routes très fréquentées, pas d'aire de stationnement pour admirer un paysage. En effet, il faut privilégier le bateau. Attention il est très difficile, sinon impossible, de trouver un parking gratuit et la navigation ne permet pas de tout apprécier. Les villas sont magnifiques et il faut les visiter mais la aussi les entrées sont payantes. Un budget conséquent est à prévoir. Dans l'avion du retour, nous ressentions une certaine déception, nous rêvions d'un paysage plus majestueux.

Stunning house with incredible views of the mountains and lake Como.
Where should I start??? The pictures alone will not do justice to what you get to experience upon the moment you walk into this property. We were after beautiful nature, relaxing atmosphere and a comfortable setting. We got it all at Vila Elena! The house is at previleged location. You have the view of the city, lake and mountains from many points of the house (you will not complain for doing the dishes here). And yes! The kitchen has everything you can possibly need if you want to prepare your own meals. We were a party of 8 including 2 teenagers and a 2 year old. Elena provided us a crib, high chairs etc. The bathrooms are spacious and the bedrooms are isolated from the main rooms. I loved that I could keep the baby sleeping peacefully in the room while the adults enjoyed the patio with stunning views of the city. The host is amazing! She welcomes us with fresh baked bread, wine and delicious fruits! She truly enjoys meeting new people and wants to ensure you are having a good time. You can trust you are in good hands with Elena. She was incredibly generous with her time and helped us find great places to see and things to do. She invited us for a 20km bike ride and that was the highlight of my trip in Lecco Lastly, we also counted with the help of Gigi! The groundskeeper. The house is well kept, extremely clean and ready for your enjoyment. I will certainly come back to this place! .

Magnifique !!!!!
Magnifique , propre , aussi bien à l intérieur qu à l extérieur. Cette maison à tous les atouts pour passer de bonnes vacances. Idéalement située au dessus du Lac De Come avec une terrasse qui permet de prendre les repas tout en dominant Lecco . Tres bien équipées que ce soit la cuisine ou rien ne manque , le séjour très confortable où nous avons à notre disposition des CD de musique dont nous avons apprécié l écoute , mais aussi livres , guides touristiques . Nous étions 7 adultes et nous avons apprécié l espace de la maison qui permet une parfaite cohabitation . L accueil : corbeille de fruits , charcuterie , boissons fraîche , Un grand merci à Elena pour toutes ces attentions mais aussi pour les nombreux conseils que vous nous avez donné pour réussir notre séjour , mais aussi grand merci à Gigi présent mais discret ..

Très belle location
Idéalement situé au pied de la montagne, orienté sud , dominant Lecco, la terrasse et le jardin offrent une magnifique vue sur le lac , et la montagne. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, spacieux avec de nombreux rangements et d'une propreté remarquable. Merci à Elena pour son accueil très chaleureux et ses conseils pour visiter cette région magnifique. Et merci aussi au gardien Gigi toujours disponible et serviable . Lecco est une ville très agréable . Nous avons passé une excellente semaine mi avril 2016, à quatre, sous le soleil, et nous reviendrons sûrement pour poursuivre la découverte du lac, des massifs et des villages si typiques de ce coin d'Italie.
