„Great weekend at this house. Very clean.“

„Very family friendly place. 2 bedrooms at ground floor. 1 bedroom on main floor, and 2 bedrooms on top floor. Great for 1, 5, and 7 yo. Diversity of games/toys and hiding places for the kids. High chair and pack and play were present. Kitchen well-equipped (except missing drying rack). Deck overlooked the lake which was beautiful. Beach is across a busy highway, but easy to access with kayaks available. Would stay there again for a large get together.“

„We held a family reunion of 14 people with dogs at the Mariner and had a wonderful time. The facility is very well equipped, the fenced yard great for dogs, and while "steps from the water" might be aggressive marketing it's not hard and the town of Northport is full of attractions. The Fears were good attentive hosts and Northern Michigan as a summer vacation spot is now legend in our family.“

„Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details ...

„This was just right for a short stay. The place was so clean, fresh linens and towels. Good location (I will be closer to the downtown next time). Any questions about the property was quickly answered. Quiet at night. And not bad during the day, even though its on a busy street. We brought our dog. She loved walking the neighborhood. Anything you could need to cook a meal was there. Maybe adding a grill might be a thought. If you have mobility issues, you may want to consider an alternative. The ...

„Our stay in Elk Rapids was wonderful, clean, and cozy! The location is perfect—easily within walking distance to town (under a mile) and right across the street from Bass Lake, where we loved playing cards by the water.The town is incredibly kid- and dog-friendly. We walked to the free Monday night movies, the Wednesday street vendor market, and the Friday morning farmers market. „Victorian duplex in a convenient location. Beautiful floors and original (steep) staircase. Needed some basic upkeep but that’s not that big of a deal. Cleanliness was just ok. The issue is when the listing reads two bathrooms with a shower in each, yet there is only one tiny shower, that was very disappointing. Sent a message and the response was that it’s listed correctly. And then asked if there was something that they could do… not sure how to respond to that. Nothing that can be done. And ...
