Astounding views

I don’t think we will be able to beat the remarkable views from here. It was breathtaking when we stepped outside and totally worth the drive from Athens. I would recommend this place to any friends traveling in the area!

Lovely villa in Nikiana

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. Everything we needed and more. Spiros was amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. The journey up the mountain is slightly scary but you wouldn’t get the view from villa if you were lower down.

Es war einfach nur traumhaft...!

Das süße kleine Steinhaus hat uns sofort gefallen und der eigene Pool mit dem schönen Esstisch wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Hinzu kam ein atemberaubender Blick auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Berge des Festlandes. Abgerundet hat unseren Aufenthalt das netteste und hilfsbereiteste Vermieterpärchen, das man sich wünschen kann. Dioni und Kostas haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt, gute Tipps gegeben und vor allen Dingen waren sie sehr herzlich und kinderlieb. Unsere Jungs (6 und 11 J.) haben geweint, als unsere herrlichen 2 Wochen vorüber waren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder.

Amazing views of Nikiana

Fantastic property, ideal for 4 adults. Breathtaking views over Nikiana. Steep drive up to the villa but the views more than make up for it. Car is a must have. We walked down the hill the first night to try it and it took about 40mins..no taxi available to come back up so the local supermarket owner gave us a lift back . Pool is beautiful and a good size..was lovely and very much welcomed after the heat. Villa well managed. We had lovely Sprios looking after us who was very friendly and was always on hand if needed. Would happily visit again..loved it

Perfect in every respect

The title says is all. Lovely villa with everything you could possibly need. We stayed in villa Arion which I think is the smallest of the 3 but it was plenty big enough for 2 couples. The road leading to it from the village is tricky initially but you soon get used to it and it is worth it for the peace and quiet and amazing views. Dioni is so helpful and communications brilliant. The welcome basket is a lovely touch and really helpful.

An amazing week’s stay

We’ve just left after a week at this property. It’s an amazing and definitely special place. We were a family of 4 and enjoyed the towns’ tavernas as well as the beaches. We also recommend going to the west coast to enjoy the beaches. A car is necessary and apart from the tricky road to get up, the villa was completely worth it. Dioni treats it as a hotel - everywhere is so clean. They even cleaned the BBQ! We have had a fantastic week and would recommend this property to everyone.

Wow!!

If you need a place for a romantic getaway or a place to rent with small kids, this is your place. Beautiful villa, unbelievable views and a great place for a vacation. The host Dioni is extremely helpful in giving recommendations for dining and local beaches. If planning on a vacation to Lefkada check this villa out you will not be disappointed! Bill Mc

Wonderful Villa

The villa has spectacular views from the pool and terrace, we were there in September 2018 and thankful of the air conditioning as temperature's were high. The inside of the villa is compact but perfectly functional, it is a steep drive up from Nikiana so a car is really essential. There are 3 villas together as part of the complex, this being the smallest and most private. Dioni is a great host and lives on site, she even ran our friends down into town in the evening ! Just a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.

A lovely villa in a totally magical setting.

This is a lovely little villa with a gorgeous pool and the most beautiful views. Our hosts, Dioni and Costas could not have been more welcoming or caring. There were so many nice touches and generous gestures. The air conditioning in every room is very effective. The villa has a choice of spots for sitting outside giving opportunity for sun or shade at any point of the day. Being on the east of the island the sun disappears in the evening - but then the view to the mainland mountains is at its best. Nikiana is a really nice resort town and several times we walked from the villa to the beach and back. It is a bit of a hike back up the hilll but knowing the pool is waiting for you makes it well worth doing. Lefkada is a delightfully relaxing island. The airport connection is simple if you hire a car. The island is small enough to explore - or you could just stay at the villa and relax. We found the tavernas consistently welcoming and reasonably priced. Our favourite is To Leuko Akrouiali - or something along those lines! Turn right when you get down to Nikiana and it is on your left after about 200 yards - a perfect setting by the sea. Having been to several Greek islands this one is a clear favourite for its laid back character and beautiful scenery.

We loved it!!

We spent a relaxing week in the beautiful Villa Arion in August. The villa was charming, the pool was a real treat and we never got tired of the stunning view. Having a maid was such a luxury, Alvera ( please excuse the spelling if incorrect) kept the place spotless. Our lovely hostess Dioni went the extra mile to make our holiday memorable and was a huge help when our hire car failed to start one day. Lefkada has got under our skin and when we return we shall make sure that we stay at Diodati Villas because we could not do better.

Wonderful views, charming hostess

The location is stunning and the villa was excellent. Initially there was just two of us going but the later addition of two chums meant the living space inside the villa at times was cosy. However much of our time was spent outside by the pool which has such stunning views. The village, the people, the food .... could go on for ages. It was a great memorable holiday.

Magnificent!!

I visited the island of Lefkada and stayed in Diodati 3 years ago and have not stopped going three ever since. After three summers staying in the villas all I can say is that I highly recommend the place! The room was amazing, the location and the view breathtaking and the owner is the best! Always there to help and make you feel at home! I have alreday made my reservation for this summer! I am so looking forward to seeing you in a few months! :) Anna

A fairytale home away from home!

When we arrived at Diodati Villas, the first thing that took our breath away were the stunning views! Our Villa (we were 2 adults and our 2 children), had anything we needed and the cleaning lady was so sweet and caring! Dioni the owner was in contact with us 24/7, although we didn't really need a lot to ask of her as we felt comfortable from the very first moment! The pool was maintained super clean, the interiors and extras are very carefully decorated and you just can't get enough of the views! We will definitely return!

Beautiful Villa, amazing views!!!

When we first saw pictures of Villa Arion on the internet, we thought, oh! that is a great place! But when we saw it in reality we were amazed!!! The pictures show a 60% of the beauty of this villa, the surroundings and exquisite views!!! It is a high quality maisonette, that offers anything you may need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation! Clean, beautiful, kind and polite people! Couldn't wish for anything better!

Perfect Villas with breathtaking view!

A perfect vacation rental with magical scenery and high quality amenities! The house was excellent, maintained very well by Laura, the rooms where well furnished, with en suite bathrooms in every floor and amazing view from every single window or door! We enjoyed very much our private pool, that always has crystal clear water and plenty of sunlight for tanning! Our 6 days stay there during July 2013 will remain unforgettable and we hope one day to return!

Great location, excellent service!

I was there in August of this summer (2013). At first we said we would go for 5 days but in the end we extended our stay to 7 cause we didn't want to leave the place! Its location is great, it is only about 2kms from the village of Nikiana, which keeps you away from the "noise" of the summer tourists, but yet very close (5 minutes by car) from any shopping you may need to do! Its uphill location (you need to go up some turns), is something that in the end we enjoyed, as the views it offers are always breathtaking! The house was clean and if we wanted something extra we just had to ask the cleaning lady or the owner and we would have it immediately)! Great place, carefully designed details, clean and pleasant people! All in all a 5 star place!
