« My family had a blast. Home 2 suite is going to be my go to for hotel experience. Pool staff rooms breakfast by far the best. Room clean had everything you need to stay for a while. 2 beds with sofa room was awesome. Lots of space lots of plugs. Staff wonderful refilling breakfast and pool towels. OMG the breakfast. Delicious 2 staff refilling till the end then asked if we needed anything before they closed. Even chicken fried chicken. Spinach pastry my daughter loved. I wish they had white...

« Propre et facile d’accès »

« The AC in the room was not operating correctly or there was some issue but the room was damp, musty and the AC smelled. Wife had asked them to clean and make up the room while we were there and they didn’t. Not the Marriott quality stay we are used to. »

« Damaged door handle, Low and burnt out lighting. The floors were so filthy, if you walked on them barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black. Strange unidentified stains under the covers on the mattress. Trouble getting the door key to work. Broken fire detector wires hanging out. Very limited availability of ice Etc.. Did not feel safe or comfortable. Checked out early and went to another hotel. Will not use this hotel again. »

« Une nuitée passée dans cet hôtel situé au nord d'Austin, bien agréable: accueil sympathique, literie de qualité et ensemble assez propre. Rien à redire si ce n'est que quelques éléments portent le poids des années, mais dans l'ensemble c'est très bien et nous recommandons. »

« Les lieux sont malpropres, et la première chambre assignée n’était pas prête (bouteilles de bière, odeurs et déchets, lits ouverts) Nous avions bien mentionnés être extrêmement fatigués et avoir besoin de dormir, puis à 3h15 AM ils ont assignés la chambre annexe (murs en carton) à une famille avec un bebe naissant et 2 enfants en pleine nuit qui débarquent et font un vacarme infernal. Lits très mous. »

« I had a problem with my reservation on Expedia. When I arrived the booking had been moved to another date I had to pay for an extra night and I was told it would be refunded but unfortunately I still haven’t received any payment but aside from that I really loved the stay »

« Was over the moon to see that there was vending style washer and dryer!! It was very helpful to not have to hand wash and hope uniform dries by the next morning after a long day playing 7v7 football. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great with several restaurant choices in walking distance. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe about it!! »
