„As always, one of the best hotels in Bengaluru“

„So good“

„They did a bait-and-switch with the rooms and did not get me the room that I had ordered and laid for. Instead I got a terrible room behind the stage if the wedding hall, which was clearly only for staff, Room C4. I have pictures of how much junk I had to walk through, including squeezing between scaffolding several times. The room had no TV or phone, and the bathroom smelled like mold. There were two rooms, one of which had no air conditioning. I demanded the kind of room that I ordered, and ...

„The staff was nice, there where some rules of the hotel which were difficult to understand. The room was not clean in the beginning but after mentioning to the receptionist it improved“

„I Enjoyed stay. Cofee shop is just opposite to this hotel.“

„This hotel is the best I have stayed with in Bangalore, offering affordable luxury with really good food. After several bad experiences in other Indian hotels, Leroy resorted my faith in Indian hotel chains, as Leroy Grand is definitely equal to the more expensive US chains like Marriott and Hilton.“

„Security is bad . There is nobody to check who enters and leaves the property . I had loss of valuables . Did not want to go through the hassles of involving police and etc“

„Friendly staff. Clean. Good room and bathroom. Stable and good wifi.“

„Great value for the money.“
