Best Kids Club Team ! Ayu and Team
Keine Möglichkeit von Zustellbetten wurde eingeräumt. Erst bei Anreise gab es die Info, dass alle Betten „vergeben“ sind—> das war dann somit zum umbuchen zu spät. Damit ist das Hotel für mehr Familen mit mehr als 2 Personen „bedingt“ geeignet. Zusatzzimmer, obwohl zu Sonderkonditionen, zerstört jegliche „Günstigangebote“ des Hotels. Da bekommt man was Besseres. Ansonsten TopHotel, lebhafter Bezirk, guter Service und gute Sauberkeit. Gutes Frühstck und moderate Dinner Angebote. Das wirklich seeehr sehr gute und absolut tadellos funktionierende im Hotel —>> Kids Club. All thumbs up for Ayu and Team !!

Top Hotel direkt am Strand
Das Resort ist sehr gepflegt mit sehr schönen Zimmern und gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Rooftop Pool mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Sehr freundliches Personal überall im Hotel.

Party Hotel für junges Publikum
Mein 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Einiges hat sich verbessert. Zum Beispiel sind die dreckigen Teppiche in den Zimmern verschwunden.Auch der Rest des Zimmers war wesentlich sauberer als vor einem Jahr. Habe damals auch hier Kritik angebracht und im Hotel reklamiert. Die Sonnenschirme am Infinity Pool haben diesmal alle funktioniert. Dafür hat das Hotel grosse Probleme mit den Kaffee-Maschinen beim Frühstück. Für einen Cappucino bis 20 Min. Wartezeit weil das Personal mit den Geräten nicht genügend vertraut ist. Aber Service war sehr freundlich.Leider ist jetzt das ganze Sortiment beim Frühstücksbuffet auf Halal umgestellt worden. Also keinen Schinken oder Speck oder ähnliches. Die Rindfleisch und Geflügel-Kopien sind sehr Gewöhnungs bedürftig! Leider ist das Hotel auch sehr laut geworden. Von früh bis spät Musik im Restaurant und an den Pools. Am Infinity Pool wird man dauernd mit Lounge und Jazz zugedröhnt und dann ab 17.00 Uhr noch mit DJ Gedröhne endgültig vertrieben. Anscheinend mögen das die Australier!!?? Aber es gibt auch noch andere Gäste die ein 4 - 5 Sterne Hotel als Oase und Erhlungsort aufsuchen. Hier eher für junge Party Leute.

Positiv: extrem freundliches Personal, das sehr schnell auf unerfreuliche Ereignisse reagiert haben. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Schöner Strand... Negativ: Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, da unser Zimmer per Verbindungstür von einem anderen Zimmer getrennt war und die zimmereingangstüren super laut zuschlagen. Wir hatten auch noch das Pech, dass eine defekte Wasserpumpe (5 Stock) uns die Ruhe genommen hat...die Zimmer zur Straße sind eine Zumutung. Wir haben aber dann nach einer Beschwerde ein neues bekommen, sehr zuvorkommend...die Pools sind ok aber das Wasser im Hauptpool war dreckig und meiner Meinung nach nicht benutzbar... Ansonsten müsste wirklich mal in die Instandhaltung der Zimmer investiert werden... ich gebe dem Hotel Max . 4 Sterne...

The staff members are obviously left to behave as they see fit. Bring on the mobile phone at the front desk is NOT A professional look. The staff took my passport and kept it, till I realized he didn’t returned it to me. Upon asking, he pulled it out from as m insecure drawer and apologised. This should not have happened.

This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and bars. Dinner in the hotel was themed differently each evening. The rooms were large and clean. The staff could not do enough to accommodate you. Overaul, a lovely four night stay and I would recommend this hotel.
