The owner, Mike, lacked in communication, multiple attempts to contact for confirmation, checking in and directions was frustrating. 40 mins prior our arrival he notified me via VRBO messaging that our room wasn’t available and moved us to a comparable room. „Wir hatten eigentlich die Unterkunft Casa Palma gebucht, die jedoch einen Wasserschaden hatte, weshalb wir ein "Upgrade" zu Casa Almendra bekommen haben. Vor Ort haben wir zuerst festgestellt, dass das W-Lan für die umliegenden Unterkünfte nicht funktioniert hat und bis zu unserer Abreise das Problem nicht behoben werden konnte.
