Located in the Cimes 2 residence, this dual-aspect apartment offers both comfort and convenience for your mountain holidays. It can accommodate up to 6 guests with the following layout:

The apartment features 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room, and plenty of storage space.

Its two large balconies provide stunning views of the slopes, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing.

## Access

Enjoy a perfect location right on the slopes. A private covered parking space is included, and the residence is equipped with an elevator. A ski locker is also available for your convenience.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is set in the Hameau (Laitelet) area, a quiet yet convenient neighborhood of Méribel Mottaret. Shops, restaurants, and services are just a short walk away, and the ESF ski school is only 200 meters from the residence.

## Transit

The residence is easily accessible by car, with parking included. Free shuttle buses also run regularly throughout the resort, making it easy to reach the center of Méribel Mottaret.

Either a €1,000 security deposit: a temporary hold on your card, released 14 days after check-out if no damage is reported. Or a damage waiver for a one-time, non-refundable fee of €100 per stay, which replaces the deposit and covers accidental damage up to €400.
